Two flute cobalt end mills retain sharp cutting edges at elevated temperatures in tough materials. Good tool for plunging, slotting or profiling. Two flute cobalt tools have great chip capacity making them suitable for spot drilling, slotting and profiling in difficult to machine materials. They can be run at higher speeds and still provide longer life. The higher hardness is maintained at temperatures up to 1000 degrees when cutting titanium and nickel alloys.
